Standard Shipping Policy
Top Gun Customz builds your parts when you order them at our facility in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA. Our custom craftsmanship and hand welded quality means that our standard lead time is 10 business days from order received to order shipped. Certain items, like leveling kits, we make in batches and can be available for shipping earlier than our standard lead time. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Our lead times can fluctuate depending on the season and current availability of US steel. If your order has been affected by this we will do our best to notify you and, whenever possible, provide you with a new estimated shipped out by date. We look forward to building a suspension lift kit or component for you! We are certain that you will feel it was worth the wait.

Please allow 6 to 8 business days to receive your package once the item has been shipped. Once the product is in the hands of the shipping carrier we cannot be held responsible for any delays.

Once your order has been processed and sent to the warehouse to be made, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information (scroll to the bottom) at the email address listed on your order. Please double check that you entered a valid email address at checkout. This tracking number will become active when the package has been scanned by the pickup driver.
Would you please help us make sure that you have everything that you ordered? When your shipment arrives, please inspect all the items inside. Do not wait until you are ready to install the parts before checking the contents. Top Gun Customz must be informed of any damaged shipments or missing items within 48 hours of receipt, so don't delay!! We really appreciate your help!

- Support Is Mutual - Delays and problems do happen sometimes and we are here to help you through it. Your kindness and patience are greatly appreciated since resolution will be a group effort.
- Let Us Know -Please contact our tech support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are open Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm (EST) 877-274-9362. Top Gun Customz must be informed of any damaged shipments or missing items within 48 hours of receipt, so don't delay!!
- Damaged Boxes/Parts - If the box arrives and appears to be damaged please ask the driver to make a note of it. This could speed up the process time with the carrier.
- Take Photos - Please include detailed and in focus photos of product and box damage. They will be requested in order to file a claim with the carrier. If you took the photos on your phone you can send them to us in a text by entering our email address where you would normally put a phone number. email@example.com But please include your email address in the message so we can reply to you and match your photos to your order number.
- Keep Everything - Please keep all packaging, the box and all box padding. If discarded it may affect our ability to help you.
- Don't Install It - If you know something is defective or wrong, please don't install it. By installing it, you will lose the ability to process a claim. If you install or modify a product, we won't be able to help you.
- Contact Us First – Please do not send a damaged item back to us without going through these steps first. Thank you for working with us so that we can help you!
Standard Return Policy
If you have recently purchased a product from Top Gun Customz, you may return it to us for refund or exchange, excluding shipping expenses, within 30 days of the purchase date.
Your refund can take up to 30 business days to process. A 5% cancellation fee will be subtracted from orders that have not shipped yet. Once an order has left the building standard restocking fees apply. A standard 15% to 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from returned orders. Once an order has shipped the cost of shipping cannot be refunded. Refunds will be issued back to the card used to pay for the order. If the card used to pay for the order cannot accept a refund a check will be issued and mailed to the shipping address you provided on your order. If there are special circumstances please make your customer service rep aware of this before you send in your return so a note can be added to your order.
Product returns are not accepted for any items that have been installed, modified or damaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Special ordered items cannot be returned. Top Gun Customz must be informed of any damaged shipments or missing items within 48 hours of receipt.
If you have a TGC brand product that you are returning under warranty the above information will not apply. Please be specific when describing the problem with the TGC brand product.
