Q. Why does it take so long to get my order?
A. Items that are custom made have longer processing times. Top Gun Customz builds your parts when you order them. Our custom craftsmanship and hand welded quality means that our standard lead time is 10 business days from order received to order shipped. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We like to let our employees be at home with their families on the weekend so any order placed on Friday after 12 pm EST will be processed on Monday morning. We are certain that you will feel it was worth the wait.
Q. I don’t live in the 48 contiguous United States, can I still order from you?
A. Yes! We currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Please call us 877-274-9362 so we can get you a quote on the cost to ship to your location.
Q. I only have a P.O. Box, can you ship my order to me there?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If no street address is available, we can ship to a UPS Store near you. UPS Location finder: https://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=en_US
Q. I'm in a hurry, can I get my parts delivered on Saturday?
A. At this time, we are not able to offer Saturday delivery service. All Next Day Air labels created on Friday will have a Monday delivery date.
Q. I’m thinking of having my installation done at Top Gun Customz, what can I expect?
A. We would be happy to help! Installation times are available Monday through Friday; please call us for current availability 877-274-9362.
- A deposit is taken to begin ordering parts and to hold your place on our installation calendar. You can drop your truck off at our shop at 9 am EST. We will give you a call to let you know when your truck is ready for pick up. We are open until 6 pm EST.
- Our alignments are completed by outside professional alignment businesses at their respective locations. All installs requiring an alignment will be charged the base rate of the alignment plus any cost in addition to the alignment that are necessary or required to complete alignment as close to specifications as allowed by the lift kit size, tire size and wheel size.
- All tire and wheel mounting and balancing are performed by outside businesses at their respective locations. Mounting and balancing is charged according to tire size, wheel size and amount of labor required to balance the tire to specifications. Please be aware that not all tires and wheel combinations, including large aggressive type tread tires, will balance to a factory ride.
- Cancellation of your install service once it has been scheduled will result in a 20% cancellation fee that is based on the total amount of the install charge. The cancellation fee is in addition to any other policies that may apply to your install as stated on our website.
