+	All standard shipping guaranteed with-in 10 business days. (Continental 48 states only)*
+	We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
+	Additional shipping fees do apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and ALL other Countries. You MUST contact us prior to ordering, for an exact shipping quote to any destination outside the continental U.S.A. (1-865-681-3008). We do not ship outside the continental U.S. without a previously written shipping quote.
+	Prior to beginning your install, please verify that you have received all items ordered.
+	There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
+	No returns after 30 days.
+	Top Gun Customz will not accept checks in any amount over $2,500.00. Any order totals that exceed this amount will have to be paid for by Money Order, Credit Card, Certified Bank Check, PayPal, or Cash at our business location.
+	As Check Collect (Disclaimer): RETURNED CHECKS will be processed Electronically for check amount plus State allowed fees.
+	Order cancellations before shipment will result in a minimum fee of 5% of total invoice to offset all processing fees. Other fees that may affect your cancellation are any eBay or Paypal fees associated with your purchase.

:: International Buyers – Please Note :: * We DO NOT ship items over seas without a previously written shipping quote.
+	Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
+	Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
+	These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
+	We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

:: Installation, Alignment, Tire & Wheel Mounting, Balancing - Policies ::
+	All installs require a 50% deposit of total labor amount at the time of, or in advance of *scheduling* the work.
+	All installs requiring an alignment will be charged the base rate of the alignment plus any cost in addition to the alignment that are necessary or required to complete alignment as close to specifications as allowed by lift kit size, tire size or wheel size.
+	Our alignments are performed by outside professional alignment businesses at their respective locations.
+	All Tire & Wheel mounting and balancing are performed by outside professional businesses at their respective locations. Any mounting and balancing are charged according to the tire size, wheel size and amount of labor required to balance the tire to specifications. Not all Tires and Wheel combinations will balance to a factory ride. Consideration has to be taken regarding size and type of tire. Many large aggressive type tread tires to not always balance to a factory type ride.
+	Any cancellation of the install services, once they are scheduled, will warrant a 20% cancellation fee based on the total amount of install charge. This cancellation fee is in addition to the other policies as written and noted on our website.

*(Our guarantee is based on our ability to process orders in time for our couriers to ship items standard ground within the stated guarantee. Average processing time is within 10 business days from payment received to item received.)
This is the time frame that we feel is acceptable for all deliveries within the continental U.S.
Individual situations that extend delivery time past this guarantee may be reviewed with a member of our management.

:: Warranty Policy for products not manufactured by Top Gun Customz ::

Although we, Top Gun Customz, hand pick each manufacture for their quality and craftsmanship, we do understand that even the best business practices may still allow a faulty item to pass through. If this rare occasion falls into your purchase, we apologize. If you (the customer who purchased products from Top Gun Customz) have any issues or problems with the product not working or functioning as intended, our Customer Service Representatives want to help. All purchases through Top Gun Customz, do retain all manufacturer’s warranties. Please contact us and provide your order number, what product is defective and a brief description of the problem. We will happily contact the manufacturer of your product and obtain an RGA number. This is the returned goods authorization number needed by the manufacturer to recognize what is being returned and why.

You (the customer) may be asked to ship the product back to the manufacturer via your choice of carrier, or to provide photos of the damaged of defective product. Please retain your tracking information so you can confirm delivery receipt at the manufacturer. Once the manufacturer determines if the product is defective, they will advise you, the customer, of their findings and process the warranty claim accordingly. Each manufacturer has their own set of rules regarding returns. Please contact us and we will confirm their policy with you.

All above information has been stated to provide some understanding to the process involved in fulfilling a warranty claim. Top Gun Customz will adhere to all policies and procedures produced by the manufacturers whose products we carry and sell. No statement here will at anytime overwrite the policies or procedures provided by said manufacturers.

General Statement of Principles
As described in detail below, any information we gather at this web site is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private, for any reason - period. We will not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain and we do not purchase such information from other sources.

Statistical Data
Our servers (as most) track IP addresses and referring pages to help with site maintenance and improvements. This data is viewed only as anonymous statistics to show the busiest times of the day or week, pages with errors and how effective our advertising has been. This information is not used for any other purpose.

Personal Information Collected - Order Forms
All personal content pertaining to orders that is provided by you the buyer is fully managed, maintained, and protected by our order management provider, Market Place Advisor. No personal content will ever be collected by us from any other servers. Market Place Advisor, is maintained daily by "Hacker Safe". A well renowned company who protects against identity theft and credit card fraud. With the exception of credit card info, we store the information from your order form to allow us to track consulting issues or refer to a previous order to help provide some customer service. You may elect to have your information completely removed from this system by e-mailing us at support@topguncustomz.com with your request.
